What it asks考什么

The official page says the questions are significantly harder than Round 1, and that the difference lies less in content than in style. Topics are based on an A level syllabus with some extended, listed in the BPhO Round 2 syllabus document; the BPhO’s booklet Upgrade Your Physics covers the extension topics, with a guide to which sections matter for Round 2. The paper was called “Paper Three” before 2011, and the official archive runs back to 2003, with mark schemes for some years.

What it leads to通向哪里

Round 1 and Round 2 results are analysed together and fourteen students are invited to the Oxford Training and Selection Camp at Easter, with a presentation for them at the Royal Society in April. The UK team for the International Physics Olympiad, and for the European Physics Olympiad when the calendar allows, is selected from the camp.
