Everything the committee expects in the registration system by September 15, 24:00 — the materials, the updated declaration, the plagiarism and AI rules, and a final checklist.
组委会要求在 9 月 15 日 24:00 前于报名系统内提交的一切——材料清单、更新版诚信声明、查重与 AI 规则，以及提交前的最后一遍自查。
Deadline: 2026-09-15, 24:00. Registration and every upload close together. After the deadline, team and advisor information can no longer be changed. The committee's own materials review runs September 16–30 — what follows is the same review, run early by you.
截止：2026 年 9 月 15 日 24:00。报名与全部材料上传同时截止；截止后团队与指导老师信息不可再更改。组委会将于 9 月 16–30 日进行材料审核——下文就是同一套审核口径，只是由你提前对自己过一遍。

Required必须做到
The advisor's prior permission; a four-element disclosure on the acknowledgements page — tool name and version, stage and purpose, time and frequency; and the chat logs uploaded for verification. Violations mean disqualification with public notice.事先获得指导教师许可；在致谢页披露四要素——工具名称及版本、使用环节及用途、使用时间及频率；并提交聊天记录备查。违规将被取消参赛资格并通报。

- Team and advisors pass the eligibility rules — same school, 1–3 students, no training-institution advisors — and the names match across the system, cover page, declaration, and info sheets.团队与导师符合资格——同一中学、1–3 人、无培训机构导师——且报名系统、封面、诚信声明、信息表四处人名单位完全一致。
- The report is a text PDF (not a scan), with the five cover fields and the official chapter order.报告是可提取文本的 PDF（不是扫描图片版），封面五字段齐全，章节按官方顺序。
- The acknowledgements page covers every required element — contributions per member per stage, difficulties and how they were resolved, paid-or-unpaid guidance, outside help — and the AI-use section runs 500–1500 characters.致谢页要素齐全——逐人逐环节写分工、困难及解决经过、指导有偿与否、他人协助——且 AI 使用说明部分在 500–1500 字。
- The plagiarism report was generated from the exact final file you uploaded — if you edited the paper after checking, check again.查重报告出自你上传的那一份最终文件——查重之后又改过论文的，必须重查。
- The declaration is the 2026-07-08 version with every required signature and seal — school seals take days; start a week early.诚信声明是 2026-07-08 更新版且签字盖章齐全——盖章有行政周期，至少提前一周启动。
- Each advisor's info sheet is filled, signed, sealed, and consistent with the declaration.每位导师的信息表都已填写、签字、盖章，且与诚信声明一致。
- If AI was used: logs exported and uploaded to "other materials", matching the disclosure. Missing periods are explained honestly — never reconstructed.用过 AI 的：聊天记录已导出并上传"其他材料"栏，与披露一一对应；缺失时段如实说明，绝不补造。
- Ethics approval, consent forms, and lab permits are in — if the research needs them.涉及的伦理批准、知情同意书、机构许可均已上传。
- Other competitions and publications involving this paper are declared.该论文涉及的其他比赛与发表情况已如实申报。
- Every reference resolves to a real, findable source — AI-fabricated citations are a prohibited-list violation, not a typo.每条参考文献都能查到真实原文——AI 编造的引文属于禁止清单，不是笔误。
