What is here这里有什么

A study site for the Intermediate Physics Challenge (IPC), one of the BPhO family of sites on tian-2.com: an interactive lab of 20 past questions, the IPC question bank with a worked solution to every question, two solution books and two notebook articles. The other competitions of the family, from Round 0 to Round 2, are on the BPhO site.

The IPC bank was built as a complete study tool and keeps a worked solution for every question. The lab takes a few of those questions further: background, analysis, a figure you can manipulate, a place to check your own numbers, and the traps.

The official pages. Every competition fact (formats, dates, eligibility, how the competitions connect) is taken from the public pages of bpho.org.uk for the 2025–26 cycle, archived when this site was written. How the lab grades an answer互动练习怎样判分

Numerical answers are graded with a tolerance, usually two per cent, so a correctly rounded value is accepted. Marks are given in proportion to the parts you get right; each hint you open takes a quarter off, never below a quarter, and opening the full solution first means the attempt is not scored.

数值答案判分留有容差（通常为 2%），四舍五入正确的数值都算对。按答对的小问比例给分；每看一条提示扣四分之一（最低保留四分之一），先看完整解答再作答则不计分。

What this site is not这个站点不是什么

Not official. This is an independent study site. It is not affiliated with or endorsed by the British Physics Olympiad.不是官方。这是独立的学习站点，与英国物理奥林匹克无隶属关系，亦未获其认可。
Not a mark scheme. The lab and the bank judge a final result; a marker awards marks for working. Show your working on the day.不是评分标准。互动练习与题库只核对最终结果，而阅卷按过程给分。考试时一定要写出过程。
Not a threshold. No page states the marks needed for any award.不给分数线。任何页面都不写获奖所需分数。
Not a record of you. Lab progress and language choice are stored only in your browser’s local storage. Nothing is sent anywhere.不记录你。练习进度与语言选择只存在你浏览器的本地存储里，不会上传到任何地方。
