BPhO Round 1 — Problem Sets Updated Through 2025

Both volumes of the BPhO Round 1 problem classification books have received a significant update. Here is what changed.
Section 1
The Section 1 book comes in two editions: one organised by year and one organised by topic. This update covers:
- 2024 and 2025 questions added. The 2025 official paper has not been released, so those questions and solutions are my own.
- Corrections to topic classifications that had accumulated across earlier compilations.
- Fixes to errors introduced during previous editing passes — hallucinations and mistakes that earlier AI models introduced when rewriting solutions alongside the official mark schemes.
- A full audit using Claude Opus 4.8: all questions and solutions reviewed; unclear steps and under-explained derivations have been expanded.
Section 2
- 2023, 2024, and 2025 questions added (2025 again from my own materials).
- New background-knowledge sections added to each topic cluster, helping readers understand the underlying physics theory and its applications — not just the problem-solving mechanics.
