The winner record is generated from knowledge-base/data/winners.jsonl and preserved in the read-only JSON files under site/data. Competition facts, judging calibration, winner patterns, mentoring-market research, the topic method, and the solution architecture come from the six bilingual source documents rendered in the Guide. Curriculum links point to the authored mentor notes, worksheets, and interactive deck.

Methodology

方法

Records are sorted newest first and by award prestige. Category and award labels are translated; proper names and sourced descriptions remain exactly as recorded. Analysis counts come directly from stats.json. The seven archetypes are a qualitative coding layer described in the winner-patterns chapter, not an official Conrad taxonomy.

记录按年份从新到旧并按奖项级别排序。赛道与奖项标签提供翻译；专有名称和来源描述保持原样。分析计数直接来自 stats.json。七种原型是“获奖模式”章节说明的定性编码层，并非 Conrad 官方分类。

Coverage limits

覆盖边界

A name-level record shows only fields present in the source. It receives no invented description, market, moat, evidence signal, or archetype. Absence in this archive is not evidence that a team lacked something; it often means the public source did not expose it.

名称级记录只显示来源中实际存在的字段，不补写项目描述、市场、护城河、证据信号或原型。档案中缺少某项信息，不等于团队当时没有；通常只表示公开来源未披露。

1. Re-verify current deadlines, fees, categories, artifact specifications, rubric, and AI/coaching rules against the official season materials.根据当季官方材料重新核验截止日期、费用、赛道、提交规格、评分表以及 AI / 辅导规则。
2. Append the new finalist and award roster to the canonical winners source, preserving citations and marking description coverage explicitly.把新一届决赛与获奖名单追加到规范数据源，保留引文并明确标注描述覆盖情况。
3. Run the existing data pipeline, then build_data_js.py so file:// pages receive the same unchanged dataset.运行现有数据流水线，再运行 build_data_js.py，使 file:// 页面获得同一份未改写数据。
4. Recalculate descriptive statistics and archetype coding; document any changed denominator.重新计算描述统计与原型编码，并记录任何分母变化。
